tok99 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the tok99 Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. tok99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and any balance forfeited.

2.2 Residency. The tok99 Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your place of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Platform if you have been declared legally incapacitated or are subject to any court order restricting your ability to enter into contracts.

2.4 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of tok99 or any of its software or service providers;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement;
• Persons who have been excluded from the Platform by tok99 under Clause 8 (Prohibited Conduct);
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual, including as nominee or proxy.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register only one Account on tok99. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tok99 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility until you notify tok99 of unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification. tok99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP or equivalent). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting tok99 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their applicable rules. Withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. tok99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency is accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. tok99 reserves the right to adjust the minimum deposit amount by providing notice to Members through the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time or within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. tok99 is not liable for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of completing the payment, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. You must complete KYC verification (Clause 3.4) before your first withdrawal is processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval during business hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. The following restrictions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the tok99 Account holder;
• Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds are met will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds;
• tok99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that it considers to be unusual in size or frequency.

4.6 Transaction Fees. tok99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside tok99's control and are your responsibility to verify with your payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and incentives offered by tok99 are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on excluded games or markets will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus promotion may be active on your Account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses from a single Account will result in cancellation of all but the first claimed bonus.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated free-bet tokens expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion, typically 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without notice.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. tok99 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited promotional offers in bad faith, used automated software to gain advantage, or coordinated with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or hedged betting strategies.

5.6 Seasonal Promotions. tok99 may offer seasonal promotions coinciding with Indonesian cultural and public-holiday periods such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published on the Platform at the time of the promotion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the tok99 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by tok99. tok99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets. tok99's sportsbook covers a wide range of domestic and international sports markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Asian Handicap markets (voor bola — Asian-handicap football betting), 1X2, over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are offered. Market availability may vary by fixture and is subject to change without notice.

6.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting is offered on selected fixtures. Bets placed during live betting are processed in real time. tok99 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly during critical match periods such as penalty shootouts or red-card incidents.

6.4 Game Outcomes. All casino, slot, Bandar Ceme, and Virtual Sports game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Habanero, and SA Gaming. tok99 does not modify or influence game outcomes at the platform level.

6.5 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled time; proven technical error affecting odds or bet acceptance; or detection of irregular betting patterns indicating potential match manipulation.

6.6 Currency and Stakes. All bets are placed and settled in IDR. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. tok99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

7.1 Commitment. tok99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively support players in maintaining control over their play.

7.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members via the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tok99 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed failures to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds;
• Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement — whether on tok99 or any other platform;
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or is abusive toward tok99 staff or other players.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the tok99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of tok99 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without tok99's prior written consent.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Game assets, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement of tok99 by those providers beyond the scope of their commercial licensing agreements.

10.1 Service Availability. tok99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. tok99 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Betting Outcomes. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. tok99 accepts no liability for losses arising from the outcome of any bet, game, or gaming session. All results are determined by certified RNG systems or by the actual outcome of the relevant sporting event; tok99 does not guarantee any return on bets placed.

10.3 Third-Party Services. tok99 is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks, e-wallet operators, game software providers, or data feed suppliers. Delays or failures attributable to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are outside tok99's control.

10.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tok99's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tok99, its affiliates, directors, and employees from and against any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

11.1 Data Collection. tok99 collects and processes personal data provided by you during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform. This includes your name, date of birth, identity document details, contact information, payment account details, and betting and gaming activity records.

11.2 Purpose of Processing. Personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, payment processing, and customer support. tok99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 Data Security. tok99 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Sensitive financial data is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised tok99 personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

12.2 Notice. For material changes to these Terms — particularly those affecting your rights regarding deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or account closure — tok99 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Members via email or in-Platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally practicable.

12.3 Review Obligation. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tok99 recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform if you have not visited for an extended period.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as relevant to the operation of the tok99 Platform. To the extent that Indonesian law applies to any aspect of your use of the Platform, those provisions take effect concurrently.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, tok99 encourages you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. tok99 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
